i was very grateful for our family suite. it included comfortable beds and modern amenities. the bathroom was spacious and very clean. i liked the tea and coffee facilities a lot.
the location was a little far from the city center, so transportation required some planning.

Honestly, the shower situation was a disaster. i mean, water went EVERYWHERE. The partial glass screen did nothing. plus, the promised "city view" from my room? more like a view of the adjacent building's wall. talk about misleading marketing!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The bathroom was well kept with a large window. I appreciated the silent and effective air conditioning . It was very welcome.

the staff was friendly and attentive. massimiliano, the concierge, aided us with local tours and provided useful information. gianmmarco assisted with luggage and offered helpful tips. lorenzo, the driver, was punctual and friendly.
i had to leave the hotel for a workout, inconvenient as i booked the hotel for its gym.
